From the moment you arrive, your session is designed to feel calm, intentional, and personalized.
Before your massage, we’ll briefly discuss your goals, areas of concern, and pressure preferences.
You’ll undress to your comfort level and relax on a heated table, covered with linens. Only the area being worked on will be exposed at any time.
During your session, I use a combination of techniques based on your needs — whether that’s deep therapeutic work, gentle lymphatic drainage, relaxation-focused massage, or a blend of modalities.
You’re welcome to communicate at any point about pressure, temperature, or comfort.
After your session, I may offer simple self-care suggestions to help extend the benefits of your massage.
