Treat someone special to time set aside for relaxation, recovery, and care. Ataraxic Mind & Massage gift certificates can be purchased online and used toward any available massage service.

 

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, saying thank you, or simply reminding someone to slow down, a massage gift certificate is a thoughtful way to show you care.

Gift Certificates Policy

Gift Card Redemption:

  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of service in order to be redeemed.

  • For online gift cards, the code or tracking number must be provided at the time of service. 

  • Gift cards are redeemable for the monetary value paid.

  • Service prices may change over time. Any remaining balance will be the responsibility of the person redeeming the gift card at the time of service.

  • Ataraxic Mind & Massage reserves the right to verify the remaining balance of a gift card at the time of redemption.

  • Gift cards are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

 

Refund Eligibility:

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

  • However, in exceptional circumstances, such as the closure of our business or if the recipient is unable to utilize the gift card due to unforeseen circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

Transferability:

  • Gift cards are transferable and can be used by anyone who presents the physical card or the gift card code associated with the purchase.

 

Expiration:

  • Gift cards do not expire.

 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards:

  • Ataraxic Mind & Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged  gift cards. 

  • Please treat your gift card like cash and store it securely.

  • Damaged cards must be legible to be accepted for redemption.

 

Usage Restrictions:

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

  • Gift cards cannot be used for gratuity.

  • Gift cards cannot be altered, copied or duplicated.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of a canceled appointment or service paid for with a gift card, the value of the service will be reinstated onto the gift card to be used for future appointments.

 

Policy Updates:

  • Ataraxic Mind & Massage reserves the right to update or modify this gift card refund policy at any time without prior notice.
